What does Syntrava do?
Syntrava is a business transformation and AI automation consultancy serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, founded by Zaid Abu Sabra. We study how a business actually operates, find where time and money are lost to manual work, disconnected systems and owner-dependency, then design and build the processes, automation and AI systems that fix it.
What is business process automation?
Business process automation uses software to handle the repetitive, rule-based work people currently do by hand: moving information between systems, generating documents, sending follow-ups, updating records. Done well, it removes the copying, chasing and re-typing between the tools a business already uses, so staff time goes to work that needs judgment.
What can AI and automation actually take off my team’s plate?
The most common wins are re-entering the same information into multiple systems, chasing status updates, assembling recurring reports, customer intake and follow-up, quoting and invoicing paperwork, and approvals that queue on one person. If a task is repetitive and follows rules, it is usually a candidate.
How do I know if my business needs this?

The discovery call is free and carries no obligation. The two-to-four-week assessment is a fixed fee, quoted in full before it begins. Anything we build afterwards is scoped and priced per project, and ongoing support is an optional monthly arrangement you can stop at any time. There is no open-ended meter.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not. Most of the waste in an established business sits between systems, not inside them, so we start by connecting and automating the tools you already own. We only recommend new software when there is a genuine gap, and we say so plainly when there is not.
