Why we exist
Most businesses do not need more software. They need someone to look at how the work actually happens.
There is a familiar pattern in established businesses. The company works. customers are served, revenue comes in, people are busy. But too much of the operation is still manual, messy, slow, disconnected or dependent on the way things have always been done. Growth adds handoffs and admin instead of leverage.
The usual responses are to hire another person, or to buy another piece of software. Both are sometimes right. Both are frequently expensive ways of avoiding the underlying question, which is how the work is structured in the first place.
Syntrava exists to answer that question properly and then do something about it. Zaid Abu Sabra founded Syntrava to do the part that usually gets skipped: understanding how a business actually operates before recommending any technology. We are a business transformation consultancy that can also build, which matters, because the gap between advice and implementation is where most operational improvement projects quietly die.
We do not begin by asking which AI tool you want. We begin by understanding how work arrives, how decisions get made, how information moves, where approvals happen, and what depends too heavily on one person.

Honest about scope

Syntrava is a Toronto-area firm. Being local means discovery can happen in the room: walking a site, watching a process run, talking to the people who actually do the work. That is difficult to replicate over a call.
A note on where we are as a firm
Syntrava is a young firm. We do not have decades of history, a national footprint or a wall of client logos, and we are not going to pretend otherwise on our own website.
What we do have is a clear method, genuine technical capability, and the ability to give your business the kind of senior attention that gets diluted as firms scale.
When we have completed client work and permission to publish it, we will publish it, with measured results rather than rounded-up ones.
